Is it possible to use UiPath community edition free in my current working organisation as a single user with office mail id.

Yes, you can use UiPath Community Edition by using your Office Email ID as your Orchestrator Cloud Account. You can log in with your account and create your workkflows.

You can use with any mail id be it personal/office that’s fine. Just remember, it should be used for learning, training purpose only. As per Community license.

Even if by mistake you used it in production, your company might be in trouble.

Better to get it checked with your IT team for compliance.
