Level 1 Foundation Training - Lesson 3 Practice 1 Compiler Error

Hello everyone, while I am working on the Lesson 3 Practice 1 I encountered a Compiler Error “Main.xaml: Compiler error(s) encountered processing expression “row(“First”).ToString”.
Option Strict On Cannot convert ‘String’ from ‘Integer’” , but I follow all variables settings in walkthrough, can anyone explain to me what I have set wrong that leads to this error?

On the first glance you are converting the String to integer .Can you give me more details to easily address the issue.

Still could not upload even I zip the folder, saying “Sorry, new users can not upload attachments.”
