Use Case Description
This project focuses on developing an automated Know Your Customer (KYC) solution using UiPath’s robotic process automation (RPA) capabilities, integrated with a user-friendly UiPath App interface. The solution is designed to streamline the KYC process by automating data validation, risk assessment, and notification tasks, while providing an intuitive platform for users to interact with customer data.
The UiPath App serves as the central hub for managing customer information, allowing users to easily access, review, and update records. The solution leverages AI technologies, such as optical character recognition (OCR) and machine learning algorithms, to enhance data validation and risk assessment processes. AI-driven insights help identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, reducing manual effort and improving decision-making accuracy.
