Use Case Description

This project leverages UiPath RPA and AI technologies to automate the end-to-end recruitment workflow. Robots handle time-consuming tasks such as LinkedIn data collection, resume downloading, and candidate communication. AI models analyze resumes to identify strengths and gaps, match candidates to job requirements, and calculate suitability scores. The solution integrates human interaction via an intuitive UiPath Form, where recruiters can review AI-generated analysis, ask questions, and make informed decisions.
By automating recruitment, the solution dramatically reduces manual workload, ensures accurate and unbiased candidate evaluation, and enhances the overall hiring experience. Scalable and adaptable to various industries, it improves efficiency while providing timely communication to candidates, creating a modern, data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
