The solution integrates human interaction via an intuitive UiPath Form, where recruiters can review AI-generated analysis, ask questions, and make informed decisions.

By automating recruitment, the solution dramatically reduces manual workload, ensures accurate and unbiased candidate evaluation, and enhances the overall hiring experience.
