Job Description:
- Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements, identify automation opportunities, and explore potential applications of GenAI to further enhance automation.
- Develop robust and scalable RPA workflows that optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in the entire RPA lifecycle, from feasibility analysis to deployment and support.
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing of RPA solutions.
- Document RPA processes clearly and concisely for future reference.
- Mentor and support citizen developers from the business in utilizing RPA tools for citizen automations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest RPA trends and technologies.
- Any other tasks required by the management from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath and other automation tools.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying robust and scalable RPA solutions.
- Strong understanding of automation methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with process analysis and mapping techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus.
- Experience mentoring citizen developers is a plus.
- Understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and potential applications is a strong plus.
- Experience integrating RPA with AI solutions is a highly desirable skill.
