I don’t want to select and disable activities one by one, isn’t there a shortcut to disable the activities I selected?

Welcome to Community

You can use cntrl + D to disable the selected Activity

To enable it use cntrl + E

Select first activity and use shortcut CTRL + D
Select other activities using CTRL for multi select
Drag and drop the selected activities into the Ingnored Activities block

For uncommenting all activities just select the comment out block and use CTRL + E
