Job stuck at "Execution Started" log

Hi UiPath Gurus,

I am asking for your help if you know this kind of issue and how to fix it. Here’s a context and screenshot for reference:

  1. Job runs on a time trigger
  2. Job runs and logs “ execution started” default log
  3. Nothing happens after in the job logs nor inside the Virtual Machine
  4. Job State is stuck in “Running” state without doing anything
  5. We have to kill/stop the job
  6. Screenshot below:

Try to detup logs at the start of the process and after each step in the process to check where exactly it is getting stuck

Also its better to check the event viewer on the machine to check if there are any errors

Hi @Anil_G. Unfotuately, issue is intermittent and we’re not able to replicate the said issue.

If you are a UiPath customer, please open a support ticket. If not, if you replicate the issue, gather a Diagnostic Tool report from that machine and upload it here. We will take a look on it and advise you.
