Hi before using excel application scope use a KILL PROCESS activity and mention the value as “EXCEL” in ProcessName property and then use excel application scope and it’s activities

Try by putting a Kill Process before this operation and Kill Excel.

Does The Sheet You are trying to Write has a lot of Rows ?

… Clear the extra Rows from the Bottom
Inside Sheet : Select Cell → (Ctrl + shift + end) → then delete -

This will clear the extra rows which may have some unnecessary formula/data and then retry.

Yes, i have.
Move the range’s copy&paste activity of excel into “Sequence”
