Job dont work in modern folder

I have the robot in my default folder and created other folders for each process. When I put the robot to work on this created folder, it does not leave the Pending status and the work does not occur.

PS: the autonomous robot is in a classic folder

What’s the status of you robot in the Assistant? If it’s “connected, licensed” then please tell me what type of automation are you trying to perform? Eventually please show me you robot configuration on Orchestrator and assistant if it’s possible.
