Modern folder pending

Hi All,

I’ve now two classic folders one production environment and one for development. Now I created one modern folder based on a department, to assign processes to an department. I Connected the machine to the modern folder and an user to the folder.
When I try with the user to start a process, it stays at status Pending, without any comments or info messages at the logging.

Hey @M_L

  • Please check the robot is not busy

  • Also, check whether the robot is connected with orchestrator

Hi @M_L

Check this once

  • Go to Tenent-> Folder-> In that window you will have the folder you created in that check whether the machine and user have assigned

I assigned users and also the machine. And the robot isn’t busy.

Hi @M_L,

In modern folders, robot license can show as not in use but if the user who is to use the license is working in the classic folder or another process, that user will be busy and won’t start process.

Hi @M_L,

Can you check whether Unattended Robot is enabled to the modern folder robot and also, can you check the credentials for the unattended robot is correct.

Credentials are correct, robot has to be floating?
