Issue with screen element selector

I’m having an issue while trying to indicate elements on the screen, even with Google Chrome closed. When trying to capture elements the indicator gets glitchy and I can’t click anything on the screen. Windows respond only to keyboard inputs and get back to normal only if I close UiPath. Does someone know what is going on?

May I know what edition we are using enterprise or community edition
If it’s community edition kindly uninstall and reinstall the application and try once
