Issue in sending outlook email

Hi, We are facing following error message while using both Outlook activity and Office 365 activities.

“message”: “Send Outlook Mail Message: Operation aborted (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004004 (E_ABORT))”,

We suspect that this is some access issue. Anyone can please help in determining what type of access is required or what workaround can be done to resolve this?
