Issue in reading "Time" values from excel using preserve format of Read range activity (without excel application scope)

Please help.
I am not able to read the time values using Read range activity (one without using excel application scope).
The values in my excel are with “Time” format.

The output I am getting looks like this in my datatable in uipath

Choosing time format from “Custom” in excel worked as shown in the video.
