Upgrading Windows legacy project to Windows - Issues with DLL and other

Did you try resolving the init name conflict as the error message suggests?

Thank you issue resolved, after deleting exiting user profiles in the VM. Suppose as there were lot of existing packages which were causing issues in the VM to run Windows project.Not sure this was the right solution, but this was a quick fix.
