Error while converting legacy to windows

Hi I am trying to convert the legacy to windows in studio. And while debugging the code I am getting an error.

Any idea on why this error is happening

While creating a dictionary and adding the Keys & Values to it!
We can’t add same Key twice!

I haven’t made any changes to the code…the project was working fine in legacy. Also the code works while I run …the issue is while debugging
