Is uipath recommends IE first?

Hi Everyone,

I was asked about the supportable browser by UIPath software. I usually develop in IE as some elements does not point out in chrome. Is officially uipath recommends IE by default or any browser?

Hi there @Boopathi,
As you have noted, UiPath has support for:

  • IE
  • Firefox
  • Chrome

Although Firefox/Chrome work fairly consistency, I’ve experienced best results via IE and thus, recommend it to all clients when performing automation.

Regarding whether UiPath recommends IE over Firefox/Chrome, I can’t say, but IE is the default Browser when performing Open Browser, for instance.
