Essentially, I have a user who wants to see all the data in the Insights portion of our orchestrator. I don’t want to give this user access to everything though.
Is there a way to just give insights access?
I think you might be able to do that for only a user with Viewer permissions with minimum orchestrator permissions.
For other Insights role, for sure, more permissions will be required as to create a dashboard, one will need to have access to the various folders, processes, job, logs etc etc

Yes, this is possible. Most orchestrators offer RBAC, which allows you to assign a user a role or permissions specific to the Insights section without granting access to other features. You can either create or select an appropriate role that limits access to viewing data in Insights and assign it to this user.
