Is it possible to copy the body of the unread mails using for each loop in outlook?

I’m trying to copy the body of the unread mail which is lying inside a folder named Email Release under Inbox folder in outlook, but I’m unable to do that because I want to copy the content of each unread mail in the folder One by one .
Please suggest me the way to do this automation.
