Is Enterprise Studio include the Orchestrator license?

Hi guys,

Sorry for asking this question again.

I need to know whether this orchestrator license * 1 means we can use the enterprise version of Orchestrator?

Is it cloud-based/on-premise, Community/Enterprise?
Does anyone know about it?
Our company purchased couples Softwares/Robots but without Orchestrator. We need to know this information, base on this we can discuss whether to upgrade the option we selected now in the next subscription.
