Is Anchor base activity available in latest version of studio?

unable to find anchor base activity in the classic view or in the modern view. Can anyone suggest an alternative for it?

I believe you need to install the UiAutomation package and check

In the modern activities you might not need the anchor base, coz while selecting elements, now studio has the capability to highlight the Anchors then and there.
