"Anchor Base" activity not showing up in Activities panel

I am using UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities package version 20.10.9. When I search for “Anchor Base” in the Activities tab in my project, I don’t see it. However, when I switch to a project in which I was using version 19.11.1 of UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities, I can see it.

Do I need to install anything new to use ‘Anchor Base’ when using the 20.10.9 version of UIAutomation.Activities package?
