Open Browser and Anchor Base activity not available in activity panel

Open Browser and Anchor Base activity not available in activity panel.
I have updated the uiautomation package but still no luck, even did the UiPath reinstall as well.

Can anyone please let me know what could be the issue?

May be your project is in modern design mode. Click on filter icon in the activities panel, then click on “Show classic” button and then check if you are able to see Open browser and anchor base activities.
