Check inside every collapsed options on that AddToQueue event.
Hi @ashokkarale Currently I disabled the Queue Over here and checked every item there no issue found there. Tried with removing the queue also there but issue still persist. Also checked the the create entity record no issue there.

Ok, looks like something got stuck somewhere and not showing as well.
Try adding another button and the required events to it.
Hi @ashokkarale Tried and remove all action from it and again connected it back but nothing happened, it still showing the error.
