Introducing UiPath Insights Cloud

:loudspeaker: We are so excited to introduce you to the newest member of the UiPath Automation Cloud family, Insights Cloud ! :tada:

A purpose-built analytics solution now available for Automation Cloud Enterprise customers, Insights Cloud helps you track, measure and report on the performance and business impact of your RPA operations.

Gain operational awareness with a library of pre-built dashboard templates, customizable with any combination of widgets and/or filters. Dashboards can be shared with any stakeholders, enabling company-wide visibility and transparency into your automation program.

Using the built-in alerting functionality, you can stay up-to-date with your RPA deployment’s most important metrics and get notified of any errors or critical milestones.

Great news!
But when will it be available for Community?
Will requesting for an Enterprise trial grant me access to Insights?

Also, After going through the documentation, it states that it is currently only accessible to US and Northern European regions, so I will be waiting until it is accessible in India as well.

Hey @ashwin.ashok, unfortunately we don’t have any plans to allow Insights for community soon, but you can indeed try it out via requesting an enterprise trial. You can get around our current regional limitation by setting up your trial in one of the regions we support, but we’ll be expanding to support all regions shortly.

Hey @tshirozu we are hard at work on this capability, we are trying to get it out as soon as possible. Give us a few months and we should have this available.

hey @GouthamVijay, Insights Cloud is only for our Automation Cloud. We do have Insights for on-prem as well!

Yes Aussta, you will need a license specifically for Cloud Insights.

Cloud Insights has unlimited viewers, but comes with a limitation of 10 designer users. You can always purchase more designer users if it makes sense.

Is there any reason we are not having import dashboard option there? I was checking to use the long running process dashbaord in cloud insights.

hey @balramrv, we will be building the import/dashboard export feature. It will be coming towards the end of the year. However, the LRW dash that’s on the marketplace will not work for Cloud Insights. We will likely release a separate one specifically for cloud
