Introducing a new UiPath Certified Professional program

Hello Guys,

Good News. UiPath has come up with a new UiPath Certified Professional program. Now there are two tracks:

General Track is for anyone who works with the UiPath RPA platform and requires strong foundational technical knowledge and skills.

RPA Developer Track assesses deeper-level expertise in designing and developing complex RPA solutions.

Please note that the legacy, free Advanced RPA Developer certification is available but will retire after 30 April 2020 and the certificate will expire in 1 year. So don’t wait. Hurryup, If you want to get certified for free. After 30 April 2020, it will cost you $200.

UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD): assesses deeper-level expertise in designing and developing complex RPA solutions.

Please note that the legacy, free Advanced RPA Developer certification is available but will retire after 30 April 2020 and the certificate will expire in 1 year. So guys, why are you waiting for? Get certified before 30 April 2020 or you have to pay $200.

Many of us are under quarantine for covid 19, and so cannot go to a test center to take the test.
You should push the free test window out a few months.

What is the format for the new exams now that they are provided via VUE? Are they multiple choice, hands-on, a combination? Do I need a Windows PC, or can I use a Mac or Linux machine? There are technical details missing for those of us who wish to take the proctored exam during quarantine.

Hi @Bhavik_Solanki,

I read the recommended training to before taking RPA Associate (UiRPA) here:
There are 3 points mentionned:

  1. RPA Starter Kit
  2. RPA Developer Foundation
  3. UiPath Documentation on Workflow Testing and Logging

So I need to take this RPA Starter course to fulfil point no.1 and finish RPA Developer Foundation learning path to fulfil no.2. How about no.3 since I can’t find any course and/or learning path for that?

@raden, As per my knowledge, there is no separate course available for point no 3, but they clearly mentioned that refer UiPath Documentation on Workflow Testing and Logging. (Please click on hyperlink)

@mg.arriondo, Former certification exams will be available until April 30, 2020 and the credential will remain valid until April 30, 2021. Hence the old certificate should be available on the certification portal. I am not sure but I don’t think they will migrate it to new platform.

I have different opinion. It’s not about money. Most valuable certification always comes with the cost. They are growing rapidly. They are structuring certification and training materials in a such a way, so that it will be close to real world.

Our choice for uipath was also because of the great free training and certification. It is motivating to get certificates but not when it is getting so expensive.

@caduque, Unfortunately not. It will cost you $150 to $200 after 30 April 2020 (depending on which certificate you are targeting).

Associate Exam: US$ 150
Advanced Exam: US$ 200

Hi, a query before I could see subtitles in Spanish now everything is in English and I don’t speak English yet, is there no way to put the new courses in Spanish?
