Integration service issues with folder display

While using Integration Service connections with SharePoint or OneDrive activities, I’ve noticed that in Studio the activities sometimes do not display any folders from SharePoint, even though the connection is successfully configured.

This issue also seems to occur when creating an Index using SharePoint, where folders are not visible or selectable during the setup process.

Please check if the user associated with Integration Service connector has the access to those folder in Shrepoint/Onedrive. Mostly it happens due to access issues or permissions.

Hi @ChagantiAkhil

This issue happens because Integration Service sometimes cannot list SharePoint or OneDrive folders when the site uses restricted permissions or when the root drive is not exposed through Microsoft Graph. The UiPath‑recommended workaround is to manually enter the folder path, ensure the connection user has site and library read permissions, and re‑publish the connection so Studio can refresh the folder list.

Thankyou for your inputs.

But this is happens even when all the permissions are available for the user connection.
I noticed that after few restarts/refresh, the folders start showing up. This issue seems to be occurring intermittently.

@ChagantiAkhil Indeed , might be some temp. issue or network issue…
