Seems that there is a problem to access to this path:

C:\Users\Vishakha\AppData\Local\UiPath

Please try to remove:

%userprofile%\AppData\Local\UiPath
%userprofile%\.nuget\packages

Then try to install it again but with Admin elevated rights.

For me the problem was that on Windows 10 .NET Framwork and the .NET language pack was missing. It looks like the installer is not checking this. It would be nice if the UIpath installer would check it and give a meaningful message when it notice that .NET is missing.

I´ve just download UiPathStudioCommunity.msi and, suddenly the installation stopped and show this message:
