Installation error while opening community license

This is to inform that while install the community version the error are given below. I wish to extend my community license but there is a problem as earlier I used my old company mail id to register to uipath community license but now I have changed my company(switch my job) and old company mail Id is not accessible anymore.

Can I extend my community License using my new company mail ID for same Laptop (device ID)?

P.S :- I am aware of community renew license link. But that is not helpful as it is not accepting the Machine ID with different email address.

You can use new mail id with same machine.

But your Company proxy might blocked the licencing server. So try with some other network.

Thank you for your suggestion. The issue is resolved now. I am able to open and run programs in Uipath.
