Fail to renew Uipath Studio Community License

Hi everyone:
I am trying to renew my Studio Community License, I have followed the step and renewed the license through the link UiPath. But I still got above error message and renewed the community license in Studio.
Anyone can help on this?

Hello friend,

I had similar problem, the way i solved it is that i went on cloud platform

registered with my business email and download the Community Edition version and instal it.
It will give you different Device ID and it worked out for me
