Installation Email Missing Licence Key

My apologies if this is posted to the wrong category. I was sent the download/installation email and the trial code is missing. I have it installed and waiting activation but can’t get further. Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea how to get a trial license after the initial signup?

The missing activation code is often a sign that someone from your domain has already downloaded the Trial in the past and it expired. In this case, please contact our Licensing Support here for assistance.
