Infrastructure build up // SSL Certificate in Citrix environment

Hey guys,

I am installing the prerequisites for UiPath Orchestrator. But I am not able to install the SSL Certificate as described by UiPath. Since the installation guide is pretty trivial (I did it already few times before), I assume a larger issue might be the problem – maybe the fact I am working within a citrix environment?

Do you have any advice please what I could do/change/install?

Is there maybe any alternative to the online description in Citrix environments? It would be great having, again, your great support.

Hi, I’m not sure if you were able to resolve this error. I ran into a similar issue while installation. Make sure the following are checked: Host name is correct Host name should be the same as the certificate name Type the SSL certificate name, do not copy and paste. The SSL certificate should have the private key intact The certificate should be present in the Personal store
