Index out of bound in Data Extract Scope

Hy
every thing goes smooth but every time one Document keep on keeping this error
can some help me to fix this with out skipping this doc

That document is not being identified as part of any classification. Did you try ClassificationResults.Any?

If that doesn’t apply you have to make sure that your classifier is assigning at least one classification to your document by checking to make sure that ClassificationResults is a valid object.

It is either that or your in_trasactionItem is invalid.
