We need more information to understand what is going on:

  • did you check if you have Excel ?
  • if you have excel application, when you open Excel app, is there an error ?
  • how did you end up having this style of window error ? When I have an error, I don’t have this error design (I’m on Studio 21.4.3).
  • where are you running the process from ? Agent or Orchestrator or cmd or Studio ?
