is it a correct way,bcz sometimes it work& sometimes it doesn’t
however i also tried jpeg

I have tested with png. It is working. But you have another way to get the chart as image. Download the latest version of the package from here (25.0.0).

It has an activity called ChartImageExtract . It extracts the chart as image by the chart index .

May I know the purpose to extract the chart as image.
