I'm Building a Custom Activity Using C# But It Showing No Compatiple version for Windows Project?

I’m Creating a Custom Activity Using C# and .NET Framework 4.7.2 Whenever I’m Converting This .dll File to Nupkg Package and Installing Through the UiPath Manage Packages Its Showing me No Compatiple version for Windows Project. I’m attaching the Screenshots for your reference.

Please Provide me Solution as Soon as Possible.
