Do you creating an APP or creating a workflow in uipath studio?

I’ve created ​a short and simple workflow, using the activity “Create Form”. I am interested to know if there is a possibility that user fill this form by using a smartphone, not a computer.

I get back to you with some more information: people working on construction sites complete some paper documents, it will be useful to be able to fill this information directly in an electronic form, but using their smart phones, because they are not at all comfortable with computers; this information will be processed for accounting.
