IE browser cannot connect to this page securely。

Hello,everyone.
Now I have encountered some questions about the website of the college exam, I found that I can’t connect, I tried many methods,
exp: 1.The website makes use of older TLS encryption settings (like 1.0 or 1.1) and you have forced settings to Only accept TLS 1.2 or greater.
2.The website makes use of TLS 1.2 only, but you have disabled TLS 1.2 in your Internet Options, or: you have an older operating system that does not support TLS 1.2 (yet).
3.The website is HTTPS, but there are HTTP elements (for example external pictures) on the site too.
But without exception, they all failed. I don’t know what method you used to solve it. I hope you will show your magic.
Finally,Attach my screenshot.
Best wishes to everyone.

With in your Internet Options on the Advanced Tab, scroll down until you find the Security group (last one), towards the end of it will be where you find the options to enable/disable a few SSL/TLS version support. (Note, major browsers are dropping support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1, it should not be used these days)

As a test, I disabled each version except for TLS 1.0 and had no trouble accessing https://acme-test.uipath.com/ with Internet Explorer 11 or in Chrome.

Can you try another browser such as Chrome to see if you are having the same troubles there? Can you provide any further details on your setup? As there is a vast number of reason why your browser is unable to create a secure connection to the site.

  • Date & Time is not accurate
  • Proxy
  • Traffic Inspector (Fiddler, WireShark)
  • Internet Option settings
  • and so on.

First of all, thank you for your reply. I can confirm that there is no problem with my system date. I have not opened any agents. I also did not capture packets. I checked my ie Settings and there are no problems. Thanks again for your reply.

Oh yes, it was my mistake just now, i feel very sorry for your misunderstanding, your method is useful, thank you very much when i only use 1.0,
Best wishes to you.
