In project settings you can enable modern excel activities. That helps you create a pivot table directly in UiPath Studio

Click on the project tab next to the activities tab. Then you can click on settings icon and then you will get this window. Here you can see you can enable modern design.

Then in the activity panel, you can see a filter like this. Please tick modern activities to see the modern excel activities

Hi @Aparna_Reddy1,

Pivot table activity generally works when the data you are trying to pivot is already a table data. Can you tell us the input provided and the output you are expecting.

You can use “Record Macro” property in excel. You can record your steps with record macro, and run it with UiPath.
