I cannot activate community edition

I want to use the community edition and I tried installing it.
But I could not install it. The error message was as follows.

Failed to start: 0
Error description: You can not use Community Edition on this machine after activating trial version or E license license code. Please enter a valid license key.
License status: Device ID already active

The PC I tried to install was a whole new thing I bought a week ago. I have not installed any edition of UIpath. How can I activate it?
