Check what’s wrong with your process. There is some exception in your process.

The processes were working fine when i was running attended mode. but when i selected unattended in UiPath apps and assigned server less robot it started throwing errors

There would be job logs in orchestrator folder where the process is. Check the log for the error and fix it
