Hi @Saurabh_Jhalani,

Follow below steps,

  • First to read data from NotePad you can use Read Text Activity and get the output as strOut
  • To extract Specific fields you can use Matches activity to extract the by assigning Input as strOut and writing different patterns.
  • use Send Exchange Mail, create a body using extracted variables.

if you want to do that in STUDIOX try this:

BUT a better way is to prepare a docx document as you wish the body of the mail you want to look and just use Outlook card and send mail activity and check Use Word Document as body option. it’s much easier
