Use Case Description
The recruitment process is vital for attracting top talent, yet it faces numerous challenges that impact its efficiency and effectiveness. These challenges include the overwhelming number of applications, biases in candidate evaluation, inefficient communication, delays in decision-making, difficulties in managing candidate data, and the availability of the interview panel.
An automated recruitment solution designed to streamline the early stages of the hiring process. This solution automatically retrieves candidates’ CVs, its data, and matches it against job requirements. Based on this analysis, it generates a shortlist of candidates and sends invitations for an online technical assessment.
Upon successfully passing the technical assessment, candidates will receive a notification confirming their success. The most qualified candidates will then be invited for face-to-face interviews. This automation reduces manual workload, accelerates the recruitment process, and helps overcome challenges related to panel availability.
