Hybrid Set up - DU on the Cloud Orchestrator On Prem?

Wondering if anyone here in the community have this hybrid set up where DU (AI Center) is on the cloud and Orchestrator is on prem. I wonder what are the challenges, pros and cons on this set up. We are planning to migrate our AI Center to the cloud but we will be retaining our Orchestrator On prem.

There are no much cons on it..we are on hybrid setup..only thing is when getting ml akills you might need to use url instead of straight refresh from the activity.

This Hybrid mode (Cloud AI Center + Orchestrator on-premises) deployment
offer many pros than cons

Pros:

  1. No seprate hardware required for AI center.
  2. No manul loading of ML package in AI center, patches & updates.
  3. Minimal or no downtime.

Cons:

  1. Use have to make your ML Skills as public & have to access them via URL & API key.

Check with your IT team security policy as company data will on cloud.
