HTTP Error on orchesterator, API failing

Http failure response for https://***/api/ResourceSearch/GetEntityTags?entityKey=d****c44-45fb-4c95-b2fd-62909a04f**8: 500 OK.

I get the above popup on Orchesterator while I try to run my bot from there; the API’s that were executing successfully are now giving me a 401 response code.

Please suggest what the reason is for this and how to solve it.
