HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable

Hello, everyone!
We use licenced orchestrator installed on our machine (Windows Server 2016).
I can’t open orchestrator’s page today. Getting an error: HTTP Error 503.
Rebooting the server does not help.
Please give me some ideas how to solve the problem.
