Running into this same issue. Trying to authenticate to on prem orchestrator with http request, I am receiving “Error 404. The requested resource is not found.”
What was the resolution to the problem?

I moved your inquiry into a new topic as likely your solution will be different and the previous topic is several years old with Orchestrator 2018.
Please provide some details about your current setup, including what version of Orchestrator, Steps you are attempting to reproduce, any symptoms and what log messages do you see in your Event Viewer that Orchestrator is installed on.
What are you trying to pass as parameters? Does the user authenticating through http has required access in orchestrator?
