How to write a string comparion algo

i have excel sheet with 2 columns
in column2 value is contains 1 or more values in columns1.
now i have 1 input it matches(=) the value in column 1 value.
i need to get the columns2 value based on input.
Note: Column1 value and Getting input values it might match whole word or some times starting letters or 0 matching words. also

Did u need to check ur inputted value with first column and get column 2 value corresponding to that?
