How to update data to SAP table

In SAP I’m having a table, I need to update value (date)in to field in table based on the Data3 (ABC,DEF,GHI).In ABC I have to update some values(date -2021.04.10) to the field of table which comes below Data4., For DEF also i have to update value (date) to the field and vice versa ,I’m not able to update value properly in to the fields of the table as it is dynamic. There’s a check box near to the table on left side, The fields in the table (ABC,DEF,GHI) is fluctuating for every time while checking on the checkbox. Can anyone please suggest me solution for this… I tried Anchor base activity find element and type in to activity and also datascrapping.
