How to swith from StudioX to studio

I downloaded the msi file from orchestrator. I want to install UiPath studio but studio x got installed. I am unable to swith to studio.

I tried with below option. It is not working. Because view or change profile option is not available.

Home > Settings > License and Profile > View or Change Profile .

so follow up on the suggestions from @Yoichi and ensure that your account is also associated with the appropriate licence

Hi @RPANovice1, If you have Studio license assigned to you then you should be able to see both options as below: [image] But if you only have studioX assigned for you, you won’t be able to use or switch to studio using ‘License and Profile’ tab there. Which license is assigned to you? To check the license type assigned to you, go to orchestrator, Users tab at tenant level, search your username, click on edit and see. Below screen should be there. It seems this happened after your Pro trial finished.

In this case you have two options to do.

1. You can reapply for Pro trial with new email id and you will get this switching action back to work
2. You uninstall current version and download community version from Orchestrator & install

Kindly note:

• a reinstallation will not mandatory change settings or licenses

We highly recommend to check the Licence type and assignments as mentioned within the linked posts from above

Check the license allocated to your user on Orchestrator. It should be Developer license.
