Can anyone please help me I want to Split Merged columns into separate columns in excel document using uipath.

Hi,
You can try by copying the data to new sheet and specifying the Cell Number where you want the data should be present.
For example:
You can add the headers in respective cell and then by using the for each starting from that cell Number, add the values to new sheet.
